Easy going,  fair price for fixing my unusual, late 1800s clock.  He took his time and it is now very clean and properly working. I am completely satisfied with the clock.  In addition,  I was pleased that he showed me exactly how to set the pendulum and wind it as it was not the norm.  He also followed up to make sure that we had made the trip and that all was working well.  Obviously takes pride in his work.
